What does Tap & Pour provide?

The Tap & Pour truck has 2-4 taps depending on which truck you choose. Taps are available for bubbly, beer, wine, coffees, teas and whatever else you can tap! We can also serve craft cocktails on tap. These taps are fully customizable to your event! Included in your custom quote is service of one of our trucks, bartender, and standard plasticware and napkins.

What glassware is included in the rental?

We provide standard plasticware with our truck service or you can provide your own.

We have vintage glassware for rent up to 75 guest or can assist you in getting custom plasticware for your event.

What types of drinks are available?

The taps are fully customizable to your event! We can serve any keg wine, which comes in all varieties including bubbly, white wine, red wine, and sangria. Speciality cocktails, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are also available by tap and can be customized to your type of event. Mimosa bars with craft juices and fruit toppings are also a favorite of our clients. Domestic beers, craft beers, Iced coffees, teas, and kombucha are all options too. What types of events can tap and pour go to?

Any and all celebrations! From weddings, corporate events to large parties and intimate gatherings.

Does tap and pour sell alcohol?

No, if you are using alcoholic drinks at your event you will be responsible for purchasing and getting the alcohol to us before your event. We can also pour bottles of wine, beer or other approved beverages that you provide for us.

Does the bar rental come with staff?

Hire one of our professional bartenders or rent our truck as a “dry bar” rental and use one of your own licensed bar tenders.

Is a deposit required?

All of our rentals require a 50% deposit and signed agreement form to reserve your event date The remaining balance will be due the week prior to your event.

Where is Tap & Pour based out of and can you travel to my event?

We are based in Fairhope, Alabama and serve the surrounding areas. Events over 20 miles charged $2 a mile mileage fee round trip.

 

How is gratuity handled?

Your choice! You can allow our bartenders to place a tip jar out for your guests or you can opt for hosted gratuity in which the tip jar is eliminated and the host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of bartending services.

Do you have a rain date policy?

Rain or shine we will be there! We cannot accommodate rain dates for your event due to advance bookings. If you feel because of potential bad weather your event needs some type of tent/awning/etc. for service from the bus that is the host's responsibility to provide. Our trucks can also be set up indoors to avoid rain circumstances all together.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel within:

  • 180 days or more before your event, you will receive your full deposit back minus a $150 booking fee.

    1. 150-179 days before the date of your event, you will receive your full deposit back minus a $250 booking fee.

    2. 31-149 days before the date of your event, we will keep your full deposit.

    3. 30 days or less prior to the date of your event, you will still owe the full service fee amount.

Where can the truck set up?

One benefit of our Piaggio style tap truck is we are small enough to fit most places you can dream up. Our little tap trucks can fit indoors anywhere a double door is available. We are obviously able to set up outdoors in most locations as well. Our Truck dimensions are approximately 9ft. 10 inches long x 4ft. 11 in wide x 7ft.2.3 inches tall.
